Call For Posters

The technical program committee is soliciting contributions for early-evening poster sessions devoted to recent results. We especially encourage students and junior researchers to participate. There will be no published proceedings. Any contribution in the general area of communication theory is welcome. Extended abstracts for the poster session should be submitted to Aggelos Bletsas and Mari Kobayashi by March 1st, 2016. Electronic submissions must be in PDF format and provide sufficient details for careful reviewing. Acceptance notifications will be sent by March 15, 2016.

Submission Instructions

Poster extended abstracts of no more than 2 pages (US letter size 8.5 x 11 inches) using font size 10, double column, and the IEEE style in PDF format should be submitted to the Poster Co-Chairs Aggelos Bletsas (aggelos [at] telecom.tuc.gr) and Mari Kobayashi (mari.kobayashi [at] supelec.fr). The extended abstract should include all figures and references, as well the names of the authors, affiliations and email addresses. Please indicate "IEEE CTW 2016 Poster Submission" as the subject of the email. All submissions will be acknowledged.

Poster Preparation Instructions

The suggested poster format is A0 size in portrait (vertical) orientation (84cm width x 119cm height). Please make sure that your posters comply with this format, which is consistent with the employed poster stands.
